Hello everyone and thank you for taking some time out of your busy days to read my blog. The beginning of the week saw me sending out literature to some stunning local venues with the possibility of me becoming one of their recommended suppliers. This of course will be on-going (so much so that I will be doing this after I have finished this blog post), as I think it is important for venues and suppliers to work together so that the bride and groom have the ultimate experience.
I also had a commercial shoot for a Kent based exhibition stand company called ESM who are launching a new product called HUB. Which is a stand that is not custom built like most stands. This product can however be set up so differently and can be so personalized so easily that you would think it is a custom build, but as it is not, it is a fraction of the price. I think these guys have developed and produce something so interesting here especially considering the current economical climate that I feel this will be a very successful product for them and I wish them all the best. I went into London Kings Cross as well to watch and shoot the amazing new band called Jon Paul Palombo. I could try and describe their music but I know I would be ridiculed by the band for a lame description, so I recommend that you go on the above link (the name of the band) and have a listen to them, my favorites are Jimmy and People, listen to me I sound like a groupy ha ha. A fantastic gig and some good images I’ve attached a few images to the bottom of the blog. to few more images click on the following link -Aaron Tommasi Photography/Live bands/Jon Paul Palombo some crazy lighting at the venue though, white balance thrown straight out of the window. Lucky I like a challenge.
I spent Saturday at the Water Gardens at Harlow advertising my lifestyle portrait service. I’m there for most of the month so if your in the area come and say hello. I’m running a prize draw whilst I’m there and the winning will recieve a free portrait shoot including one framed print as well. My wife and I found it very funny as the British mentality cannot seem to understand the concept of the word free and seem to think that there is surely a catch. Well I can assure everyone when i say free that is exactly what I mean. A big hello to all the people that stopped to say hello.
